All4Labels Global Packaging Group, an international label manufacturer, is further extending its presence in the LATAM Region by acquiring Uniflexo, a well-established PSL, shrink sleeves and booklet producer serving different industrial segments. The company is officially joining the All4Labels Group. The transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including regulatory approval. Terms and conditions of the transaction were not disclosed.
